So we are in full swing with our Christmas series at ecclesia, 'EXTRAVAGANT.' I spoke on the 14th about God's extravagant forgiveness, focusing on the story in John 21 where Jesus reconditions Peter in his failures and abandonment of Jesus. We are having a Christmas party at youth tomorrow and then going caroling on Thursday in the Nims neighborhood, followed by cookies, coffee and hot chocolate at Olivet for anyone who wants to participate. We cap things off with a New Year's eve party for our youth, which we are having at Child Haven so they can celebrate with us!
