Life Update

After his first three chemo treatments, Sarah's grandpa is doing very well, and the results of his latest cat scan show that his tumor is not even visible. So we are praising God for the healing work he is doing in grandpa Ken, and how his attitude has been nothing less than contagious optimism.

I had a wonderful meeting with a young lady who is a writer and editor, and she has been looking over some of my writings for my book. I was very nervous and excited to get her feedback and advice in what next steps to take, if she felt there should be next steps taken. She was very encouraging and said she found herself laughing out loud quite often, and I was glad she was laughing for all the right reasons. I have a chapter and a half to write and I'll be doing a bunch of editing on the other stuff, but I am primed to write up a proposal for agents and publishers. So things are moving along quite nicely in the book writing front.

Oh, I should mention that Sarah and I are going to be having a baby this summer. Well actually Sarah will be having the baby, and I will spend my time telling people that, "The process was quite fun, in fact we just did the relating, God does the creating." So that is a brief update on life, there is much to be grateful for and much to lean on God for. I don't know if this world is prepared for a Wally offspring, but ready or not...

Giddy up my friends!
